About

Hello! I’m Lyndsey and I’m a Paediatric Occupational Therapist.

I have over ten years experience as an NHS-registered OT improving children’s ability to do the things they want to do – both at home and school.

My extensive experience includes working in a clinic, in the community, and with schools, Special Needs Coordinators (SENCOs), teaching assistants, and teachers.

I am qualified to complete a range of assessments, and write and deliver Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).

I am naturally playful and empathic and feel this is key to getting the best out of children. I use these abilities in every consultation.

Building trust

It is essential that parents and children feel safe and understood in order for me to complete the assessment and possible treatments professionally and thoroughly. Empathy and play allow for this connection as the work can be challenging.

Children leave my consultations saying they had fun and want to come back.
